2024 Annual Report
In 2024, we again made the choice of inclusiveness, choosing mentoring as an effective response to the economic and social challenges of our society (report in French).
Memorandum 2024
With this memorandum, DUO for a JOB pleads with the public authorities for the implementation of a legislative framework and structural funding in order to deploy mentoring for employment in the 3 regions.
2023 Annual report
The year 2023 for DUO for a JOB is first of all an anniversary: the association is celebrating its 10th anniversary! An opportunity to take stock of the successes, the great stories, the results but also the pitfalls, questions and doubts she faces on a daily basis.
2022 Annual report
For DUO, 2022 marks a new turning point in the development of the association in Europe with the return of face-to-face mentor training, the opening of new branches to strengthen our territorial network, and the creation or strengthening of numerous key partnerships.
2023 Experience report
After 10 years of experience in the field, and in the electoral context of 2024, DUO for a JOB wants to demonstrate the role, impact and potential of mentoring in Belgium. To do this, we gave a voice to participants, mentors and mentees. How did they experience the mentoring process? Did mentoring bring added value to their professional and/or social lives?
2021 Annual report
In 2021, the COVID crisis not only continued to widen the employment gap, but also to worsen the digital and social divide. In this context, the mission of DUO for a JOB proved more necessary than ever. We therefore composed, reorganized and rebounded to continue to offer support that meets the needs of our mentees and mentors.

With a fifth of the Belgian population of foreign origin, and an unavoidable multiculturalism, will we be able to manage this diversity and reap the benefits it could generate? This report offers an overview, recommendations and concrete courses of action.
Covid-19: accelerator of inequalities on the job market
A year after the start of the health crisis, DUO for a JOB conducted a survey among the 720 duos it supported in 202030. Finding? The Covid-19 crisis has led to a decrease in job opportunities and an increase in social and financial problems for young people. Barriers to access public services are further reinforced and the transformation of the means of communication and job search via digital technology is problematic for some of them... Statistics and ideas.
2019 Experience Report
Belgium has the lowest employment rate in Europe for people born outside the European Union. This figure calls into question the inclusive nature of the Belgian labour market, and of our society in general. DUO for a JOB offers 8 concrete courses of action for more inclusion and equal opportunities in accessing the labour market.
